We have a set of approx. 14-16 physical servers (HP & Supermicro) (linux, windows, vmware) to supervise & manage.



REQUIREMENTS:

- Excellent knowledge of Linux and web-related software services (Apache, MySQL, PHP, nGinx, Bind, SNMP,FTP, SSH2) as well as security (firewall, ssh, chroot, users/groups etc)
- Linux Shell scripting (Bash)
- Linux core (tcp/ip, routing, file systems, memory, processes, monitoring etc)

Irvine based web consulting group is seeking a part time programming assistant to help with overflow on a variety of projects. Candidate will be writing JavaScipt and jQuery code, applying scripts among similar pages, centralizing code with templates and includes, testing e-commerce sites, and debugging pages. Much of the work is in Shopsite and Webdata Pro. Both programs use html templates and we use JQuery to enhance the UI experience while Perl and PHP do the back-end work.

Candidate should have a quiet work environment at home during CA business hours where you can collaborate using screen sharing software and a phone. Work to begin on a consulting basis (apx 20 hours per week), with opportunity to advance to part or full-time if things go well.

Must be skilled in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and JQuery. Perl, PHP, MySQL and Linux is helpful. Experience with ShopSite is a big plus. Must be able to work well with others, speak professionally, share ideas and help debug code.

Senior PHP Developer

Minimum Required Skills:

PHP, PHP5, MySQL, Javascript, CSS, Flash, Website, Web Development. Experience with ASP and MS-SQL Server a plus.

We are an Internet company that focuses on online publishing and Internet marketing for the professional service industry. We are located in North Orange County, CA. We are looking for a contracted/part-time, locally based classic asp/php developer, to be independently contracted for the short term, which could lead to a permanent salaried position with our company. The database programmers responsibilities include programming and maintaining database driven websites, troubleshooting website related issues, as well as performing general site maintenance and computer tasks as needed.
Position Requirements:

* Must have more than two years experience with Classic ASP/MS-SQL and PHP-mySQL Development
* Expert in linux/windows backend and web security
* Must have knowledge and experience developing dynamic database driven applications in both Classic ASP & PHP.
* Must be local to North Orange County, CA and able to work in our office.

We are currently looking for contract / project based work but for the right candidate this has the potential to become a full time position.
